Modern apartment building with balconies, landscaped grounds, and people walking along the sidewalk.

There are more renters now in the US than at any time since 1965. Nearly 37% of Americans rent, which could make this the perfect time to own an investment rental property, especially the kind that caters to 'essential need.' Combine longterm appreciation with small immediate returns (likely better than savings account returns), and a hedge against inflation and depreciation, being a landlord right now seems simply smart.

We're happy to provide data and guidance on specific neighborhoods or buildings in the DC area that would be best suited for an investment property.

We continually appreciate your support and referrals.

All the best,

Martin, Jeff, Olivia & Dito
